Students must provide: Report Cards from 6/24 and 11/24, proof of community service and extra-curricular activities. They must also provide a letter of recommendation from a school staff member explaining how this student is a good role model for their school.

Award Date: 6/1/2025
Important: Winner will receive the grant upon signing a commitment letter to a 4-year college institution.
Grant will be awarded to the winner directly so their financial aid package will not be affected.
Winner must give Academic Advantage permission to use their name and photo to announce the award.
